Privacy Policy

The short version: Nowzit tracks your mileage and expenses so you can get reimbursed — nothing more. We don't track your location, we don't connect to your bank, and we don't run any third-party analytics or advertising. Your data is yours.

What we collect

Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time link and to send reports you choose to send.
The data you enter yourself — trips, expenses, clients, saved routes, receipt photos, and the reports you generate.
Billing status, if you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we do not collect

No GPS or location tracking.Mileage is entered by you. Any “from” and “to” labels are plain text you type — never coordinates.
No bank or financial account connections.
No third-party analytics, advertising, or trackers of any kind. No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no session recorders.

How your data is protected

Receipt images, your logo, and generated report PDFs are encrypted before they are stored, so the storage provider only ever holds unreadable data. Your records are private to your account — no other user can see them.

Your control over your data

Export everything anytime from Settings — a single file with all your records, receipt images, and report PDFs.
Delete everything anytime from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated data, and cancels any active subscription.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that make Nowzit work: our hosting and database, Stripe (billing), and Resend (the emails you send). We do not sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
