A private place to log the miles you drive and the money you spend for clients or your employer, and turn them into one polished report that gets you reimbursed.

Never. There is no GPS in Nowzit at all. You enter miles yourself — typed directly, calculated from odometer readings, or with one tap on a saved route you drive often. Any “from” and “to” you add are plain text labels, never coordinates.

No, and you never will. Nowzit has no bank connections by design. You log expenses yourself, with an optional photo of the receipt.

They're encrypted before they're stored, so the storage provider only ever holds unreadable data. Only you can view them, and they're embedded into your reports automatically.

Your first complete report — generated and sent — is free, no card required. After that it's $9/month or $84/year (two months free) for unlimited reports. Paid plans also remove the small “Made with Nowzit” footer from your reports. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Your choice, in order of what's most specific: a custom rate typed on the trip, the client's rate, your own default rate, or the current IRS standard rate (72.5¢/mile for 2026) as the fallback. Every trip locks in the rate it was logged with — changing a rate later never rewrites history.

Your logo and name, the period and client, itemized mileage and expenses with subtotals and a grand total, and receipt images in an appendix. It downloads as a PDF, or Nowzit emails it directly to whoever reimburses you — with replies going to your address.

Anytime, from Settings: one click downloads everything — every record in a readable file, plus your receipt images and report PDFs. And if you leave, one click permanently deletes your account and everything in it. Details in our privacy policy.

Anyone who fronts costs and needs them back: attorneys, notaries, consultants, contractors, field reps, agents, gig workers. If you've ever built a reimbursement spreadsheet by hand, Nowzit replaces it.
